The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity to join our Adobe Professional Services team as a Multi-Solution Architect responsible for evangelizing Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions. Partnering with enterprise and corporate customers, engaging as a key point of contract for technical queries related to operation and usage of Adobe solutions and their on-going maintenance & operation. This includes influencing the deployment and adoption of Adobe Solutions, engaging with customers to establish visibility and an understanding of the business context, understanding issues and priorities as well as the technical environment.

The over-arching goal is to ensure that you understand your customer’s specific technical requirements and are in a position to anticipate and avoid issues, identify and mitigate against risk and contribute to a successful implementation and partnership with Adobe Consulting, Adobe Managed Services, in-house teams and partners.

More About You

Providing your customers with proactive information relating to products or technologies within your area of responsibility as well as regular status reports on open issues are a part of this value added service. When necessary, you may be required to go onsite to expedite the resolution of a technical issue, or as part of an overall Customer experience improvement exercise. Team members will be required to produce documented deliverables to the customer and present these remotely or on-site including collecting key customer environment details to feed into regular Customer Account reviews. The objective of this group is to create memorable customer experiences for our most strategic customers resulting in customers being wildly successful using our products.

What You'll Do

• Key point of escalation for customer concerns relating to technical issues
• Customer advocate representing customer needs with internal support and product teams
• Conduct environment assessments to provide optimization recommendations
• Prepare, arrange and deliver technical custom presentations on-site and remotely
• Ensure customer receive timely response/resolution to technical and product inquires
• Provide proactive mentorship to designated contacts to meet the client objectives
• Drive customer experience improvements through timely services review
• Provide additional troubleshooting and help qualify cases before advancing to engineering
• Agree and identify high priority technical issues and ensure priority is represented in Adobe
• Produce and present pro-active premium support deliverables to the customer to help mitigate risks and keep the customer informed on bests operational practice.

What You Need To Succeed

• Ability to work cross-functionally with local AGS and sales leadership to help position premium support offerings and the TAM services
• Drive and own customer critical issues to internal teams
• Solid understanding of cloud based deployment models including SaaS and PaaS.
• Good Technical knowledge of J2EE application servers, databases, and LDAP server technology
• Knowledge at API level of 3rd party applications, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS & XML
• Solution architecture experience considering disaster recovery, performance and resilience
• Experience with Adobe CQ, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target desired but not a hard requirement
• Familiarity with process for debugging customer/custom code
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of full time experience in consulting/customer management or client facing senior support role
• Experience in a wide-range of computer operating systems and software with emphasis on installation, troubleshooting, upgrading, integration and client/server operations is desired.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
• Periodic travel a requirement (approx. 10-15%)

We are currently recruiting for an Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) Sales professional as part of the Digital Experience Cloud sales team to be based in Singapore. The role blends the daily activities associated with corporate strategic selling in named accounts, as well as driving new business in existing client organisations and those where Adobe has little or no footprint. In addition, you can expect to be working very closely with the respective Marketing, Consulting and presales specialists supporting your vertical to develop new value propositions, build awareness and reveal new sales opportunities.

What you'll Do

• Drive the adoption of Adobe’s Customer Experience platform at large enterprises in Malaysia.
• Market and sell deep and wide across the organisation
• Build executive level relationships within the marketing field (CMO) as well as establishing meetings with a broad array of marketing executives and end users - proactively selling into multiple levels of an organisation.
• Build executive & mid-level relationships within IT (CIO/CTO) as well as to support the sale of Digital Marketing solutions
• Build executive relationships across relevant CxO and Vice President positions
• Collaboration with the different Adobe business units & functional teams (Solution Consulting, Professional Services, etc) to provide clients a clear understanding of our advantages and why they should choose Adobe’s Experience Cloud
• Assess how best to apply effort to support overachieving the assigned quota every quarter, aligned to Adobe's linearity and annual targets

Join us as a member of Adobe’s Privacy Office and Cybersecurity Legal team (“POCL”), to provide legal advice on privacy and security issues as POCL’s subject matter authority for the Asia Pacific Region (APAC). You’ll work closely with colleagues across the globe on groundbreaking issues and will have the opportunity to influence how we continue to develop our privacy and security programs. What you’ll do

• Serve as subject matter expert on APAC privacy and security law within POCL, and with other partners across the company.
• Coordinate and drive cross-stakeholder alignment and provide region specific advice regarding privacy and security in a variety of workstreams including marketing, data governance, and public policy.
• Partner with our global incident response team) and serve as APAC regional lead on the POCL incident response team, leading legal efforts in APAC, including drafting and coordinating notification obligations, as-needed.
• Monitor, analyze, and drive operationalization and compliance efforts related to privacy and security-related legislative and regulatory developments across APAC.
• Work with our Government Relations team and a variety of industry groups to proactively influence privacy and security legislation and regulations across APAC.
• Partner with Adobe’s global sales legal teams to support negotiation efforts related to privacy and security topics, including by developing trainings and resources, with a special focus on our APAC-based customers and obligations.
• Support the review, development, and maintenance of applicable policies and standards related to privacy and security, and work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver outstanding privacy and data protection training initiatives throughout Adobe.
• Coordinate responses to APAC regulatory investigations and engagements concerning privacy and security-related matters.

Minimum qualifications

• Qualified attorney with at least 8 years of practice in a law firm or in-house with a focus on APAC privacy and security Law.
• Experience running multiple, high-priority projects and advancing complex projects.
• Experience conducting legal analysis for and engaging with privacy and security incident response efforts. Preference for experience in the APAC region.
• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with all levels of the organization, emphasizing what’s important and simplifying complex legal issues for non-lawyer audiences.
• Problem-solving prowess with excellent legal and business judgment.
• A business-friendly and flexible teammate who thinks creatively.
• This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 3 days a week in an Adobe office in either Singapore, Nodia, India, or Sydney, Australia.
