PMO Job Description

Responsible for monitoring project to ensure projects/releases are adhering to SDLC and applicable organization rules and policies. Render strong support to Program Managers and Project Managers to enforce governance, track program/project financials and synergy/collaboration across all teams.

Key Responsibilities
[Project Governance] Track the delivery of the Program/Project in compliance with pre-established plans, deadlines, deliverables, budget and resources throughout the project process
Monitor project to ensure projects/releases adheres to SDLC and relevant rules /policies pertaining to project delivery
Provide executive-level reporting on project statuses, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and leadership

[Budget Mgmt] Develop template for program / project budget tracking and reporting
Maintain up-to-date record of investment and expense utilization
Periodically review project budget spending and variances between plan and actual
Work closely with project managers to track and review progress of plan acquisition and payment milestones

[Resource Mgmt] Work with Program / Project Managers to perform resource planning and acquisition
Support for resource / vendor onboarding / offboarding
Centralize and maintain Resource Allocation recording for optimization across programs and projects

[Process & Tools] Devise and refine process, procedures and templates in project delivery to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Train and guide project managers / members on project mgmt processes and tools
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to streamline processes and enhance project delivery capabilities

Requirements
Degree in IT or Banking/Computer Science related discipline and PMP certification
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in project management and PMO execution for large scale projects implementing financial solutions
Strong experience in program management, planning and project implementation
Good knowledge in financial management to ensure project financials are correctly captured
Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Power BI
Strong organizational and analytical skills, meticulous with details
Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
Able to multi-task and perform well under pressure

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain full-stack web application ( backend and frontend).
• Implement CICD pipeline to streamline development and release processes.
• Integrate tools such as version control system, build automation tool, testing framework and development tools into the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool integration.
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Design and implement secure automation solutions.
• Maintain or set-up monitoring tools notifications and analytics.
• Maintain version control systems and configuration management tools.
• Lead the design and implementation and maintenance of RedHat Linux environments.
• Experience in automation scripts and use of Ansible for system configuration and orchestrations.
• Provide virtualization and containerization solution using VMware and RedHat Openshift.
• Expert in support and troubleshooting for critical system issues.
• Coordinate with development team and architects' to facilitate continuous integration and delivery pipeline.
• Adhere to industry standards and best practices.

Qualification:
• Worked on Linux platform.
• Experienced as full stack developer with strong background in tool integration.
• Experienced on programming languages and frameworks such as HTML/CCS, JavaScript, Java, Python, Node.js, Angular, etc.
• Familiarity with database( MYSQL, MongoDB) , webservers(Apache) and UI/UX design.
• Handson experience of Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Experienced with OpenShift for container orchestration and management.
• Experience in VMware infrastructure and its integration with physical and cloud environments.
• Knowledge on scripting such as shell.
• Problem solving ability.
• Relevant certification.
