About the role
Join the dynamic team at ADOORE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. as a full-time Sales Associate. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall sales efforts at our showroom at Lavender area.
What you'll be doing
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries (social media, whatsapp) and address any concerns or complaints
- Maintain a neat and organised store environment
- Participate in inventory management and replenishment
- Prepare sales quotations and invoices, and follow up with customers for payments
- Support visual merchandising and promotional activities
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and overall store performance
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the Design and Renovation industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to take initiative
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced retail environment
