What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with clients and our team to brainstorm and develop fresh design concepts that capture the essence of each event
• Bring your creative flair to life by designing everything from eye-catching signage and banners to digital assets and promotional materials
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure your designs exceed their expectations. Present your ideas confidently and adapt based on feedback
• Juggle multiple design projects while keeping everything on track. Ensure timely delivery
• Make sure all design align with brand guidelines, creating a cohesive look and feel across all event materials.
• Review your work (and others!) to ensure every detail is on point and visually stunning before submitting for approval
• Mentor junior designers, offering guidance and support as they grow their skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure everything comes together flawlessly
• Stay in the know about the latest design trends and tools. Bring new ideas to the table that elevate the client's event
• Work with project managers to keep your designs within budget.

Let’s talk about what you will be doing as a 3D designer:

Job Description

• Conceptualise creative 3D designs for events and exhibition
• Able to participate actively in the brainstorming sessions and processes.
• To liaise with relevant parties on design briefs required for the design specifications
• Create concepts and designs that fit within available project budgets.
• Surveying, analysing and measuring event sites for detailed drawings
• Work closely with the events and creative team in ensuring the design is aligned with the client’s requirements from conceptualization to production
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Ability to time manage and work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Able to lead big scale projects with minimum supervision

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree qualification in exhibitions and interior design or equivalent
• Min 3 years of experience in the event, promotion booths/ pop up stores or exhibition industries.
• Well-versed with 3D Studio Max, V-ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and / or Blender

· Min Diploma / Degree qualification

· Proficient in professional 2D design software (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign)

· At least 3 years experience in an agency

· Confident, independent, and self-motivated
