- Position Title: Customer Service & Sales Support Executive
- Working Location: BEACH ROAD
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (9am – 6pm) And alternate saturday 9am to 1 pm
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales support for customers.
- Manage daily air and ocean freight requests (import/export)
- Address inquiries for key accounts from diverse industries background.
- Respond to international requests and provide quotations as needed.
- Support the General Manager and Operations in overseeing customer service and sales assistance.

- Min 1 years of experience in handling Airfreight and/ or Ocean freight.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin language, to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
- Excellent knowledge of logistics, including import, export, and cross-trade.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
