Roles & Responsibilities

• to provide legal and administrative support to lawyers.
• It requires him/her to take and execute instructions from legal professionals on various matters which may include the completion of standard forms, the electronic filing of legal documents, land registry and business registry searches and preparation of correspondence.
• Management of client accounts
• Collection of over-due accounts via phone calls
• Perform administrative duties, payment arrangements, prepare legal documents and accounts monitoring
• Update and maintain the credit collection system
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• 5 days work week

Provide legal support to lawyers

Minimum O/N Level

Good command of spoken and written English

Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

Meticulous and able to work independently

A good team player with good working attitude

IT savvy and proficient in MS Office & Excel
