Job Description

• Developing custom marketing and advertising strategies
• Work closely with Business Development team on Strategies for Business Expansion
• Conduct competitor analysis and bring key insights to the business
• Actively identify relevant local events to increase brand awareness and visibility
• Curate and customize content to ensure relevancy to specific market needs.
• Implementing the marketing plans for the brand to grow its presence in Singapore and Vietnam.
• Responsible of uploading marketing content, such as articles, videos, and other content
• Maintain best practices guides and templates for marketing channels.

Requirement

• Relevant Qualifications in Business studies, Mass Communication, Management, or related disciplines with 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven Experience within IT support industry will be an added advantage
• Experience within Web marketing, SEO, B2B Marketing
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

Job Description

• L1/L2 IT support
• Remote or On-site IT support and maintenance service. For users and end users devices.
• Installation, configuration, and setup of IT systems, software, and peripherals.Client’s customer helpdesk support
• User and device-level support
• Response, follow up or escalate tickets in the ticket system
• Troubleshooting and break fixes
• Maintenance and updates
• Access and accounts for onboarding and offboarding
• Create or Update documentation
• Follow up on RMA, contact repair centers for onsite servicing or parts replacement

Requirements

• Minimum N Level and above holders.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT Support
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive and Proactive mindset.
