We are looking for a responsible and efficient candidate to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Manager, this role will require you to assist in all accounts/administrative works and other ad-hoc duties.
Responsibilities
- Handling all accounts related task assigned
- Assist in basic Admin duties
- Main function: Supporting our Accounts Manager, you will be assisting in all accounts, data entry, checking documents, scanning and photocopying documents
- Maintain the general filing system and file all documents
- General support to office managers
- Perform other related duties as required

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Attention to details and proactive
- Responsible with a good sense of accountability
- Fast learner who is able to work in a fast pace environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
