- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of Training Center
- Formulate, design and plan monthly and annual training calendar
- Produce and compile all training material needed for training
- Consolidate and create all Training SOP, work flow charts and policies
- Development and review of curriculum, course materials & QA processes
- Design and develop WSQ and non-WSQ modules from conceptualization and course accreditation
- Plan, direct and supervise the work activities of the training team and operations
- Defines training budget (training equipment, videos, and exterior training programs)
- Recruit, appraise, train and develop Associate Trainers, Associate Developers and Associate Assessors
- Submission of training grants applications and all reports required to SSG/WSG/e2i
- To develop and enhance the process flow within the organisation to conform to SSG/WSG and other agency requirements
- To lead and ensure all audits meet the compliance of the respective government agencies and internal & external audits
- To upkeep and update the company’s process flow in compliance with government regulations
- Conducting internal audits for the training accreditation requirements based on the training guidelines and requirements set by the accrediting organization
- Assist in Marketing team on training courses
- Assisting the development, implementation & monitoring of the Management System (MS)
- Conduct interview and training to internal employees
- Other ad-hoc activities as assigned by the Senior Manager
- Manage end-to-end training administration on the Organization’s internal Training and Learning Management System (TLMS) and the SSG Training Provider Gateway (TPG)
- Support the Deputy Director or Manager in the maintenance of training SOP, workflow, and policies to meet government regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries coming from prospective trainees, staff and volunteers by handling communications relating to training ie emails and phone calls
- Manage the entire registration process which includes processing, accepting, and sending confirmation emails to prospective trainees
- Support communication efforts related to training, including announcements, dissemination of training materials and certificates, or reminders
- Monitor and track attendance, progress and completion of all training programs, adhering to the SSG-funding requirements
- Input and maintain accurate records and data on the Organization’s TLMS and on TPG to meet funding requirements, and for future audits and references
- Liaise with external vendors and manage training-related resources, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Manage withdrawal, waivers, appeals or other trainee circumstances related to training
- Update training and course information on websites or collaterals
- Support internal and external audits on training processes and documentation, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Course development and Instructional design skills including blended learning for WSQ and non-WSQ courses for accreditation, and Facilitated & conducted training delivery for adult learners
- Able to meet KPI set by senior management
- Possess good IT skills and familiar and able to navigate SSG or TMS portals independently
- Familiar with Skillsfuture SG (SSG) and Workforce Singapore (WSG) compliance/auditing, submission of documents' requirements and SSG Skills Frameworks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills
- Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet the required submission timelines by SSG
- Possesses good interpersonal skills to liaise well with Adjunct trainers and prospective trainees
