Provide emergency/ on call service jobs to customers
Provide maintenance contract service and plant shutdown services
Provide in-house service repair for analysers
To assist service manager/deputy service manager on daily activities of the department
To perform site commissioning/ start-up services for analyzer system
To take up assignment for oversea long / short term maintenance contract
Oversee the maintain of all service test equipment
Ensure that the testing room to be in good working conditions
Assist Service Manager/deputy Service Manager to establish training programs for new/ existing service personnel
To provide guidance to service personnel in problem solving
Establish test procedures for service department
Conduct training to existing and new service personnel
To assist Service Manager/Deputy Service Manager in preparing yearly department budget
To assist Service Manager/Deputy Service Manager in planning schedule and distribution of service workload
