- Support all finance system implementations
- Co-ordinate with business units on the set-up of financial systems for all business developments
- Support integration of newly set up entities/acquired entities to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support process changes initiatives
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects, and continually automate/streamline processes to improve the efficiency of various finance processes
- Support governance, processes, and controls in operations for the local Singapore entities and joint ventures.
- Manage, oversee and review the monthly financial reporting in all overseas subsidiaries and related companies to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data reported
- Support annual budgeting and annual financial audit in all overseas subsidiaries and related companies and to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data reported.
- Any other duties and projects as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in relevant position
- Minimum Bachelor or equivalent
- Be proficient with MS Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Meticulous attention to details with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant personality and able to adapt to work with multinational working environment.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimum supervision.
- Able to work on own initiative and under stressful conditions.
