Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the Project leading for Pharma or Biopharma clients for Emerson DeltaV DCS system.

- Expert in S88 standard based design, development and commissioning of Pharmaceuticals DCS systems.

- Will drive the client requirements to Functional Specifications and Design for automation.

- Work with various teams to design system architecture, Philosophy and standards for Design Specifications, Control Strategies, and library elements.

- Based on client requirements supporting manufacturing operations for day today support for DCS system.

- Support on NC and CAPA and identification of root causes

- Continuous improvement of the system and support for Operations.

- Design and Deployment of OT networks and qualification.

- Set System administration and maintenance support process and work with team to deliver.

- Able to work with Process, Operations, Technology Development and Quality team for driving and delivering automation project

- Mentoring team and providing guidance for Technical and project support

Requirements:

· Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry.

· Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site.

· Through understanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc)

· Understanding of Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical process

· Expert in of automation hardware and networking technologies

· Emerson DeltaV DCS Batch experience required

· Expert with SDLC and quality management processes in the pharma

· Ability to work well in a team environment.

· Able to manage multiple party coordination for automation projects and manufacturing support.

· Experience with team leading or as project lead.

· Have understanding of Project Management Process.

- Will participate in the development and implementation of Automation solutions in

line with S88 standards for the plant.

- Thorough understanding of Physical and Procedural Layer design, development and

qualification.

- Work with automation team to design system architecture, Design Specification,

Control Strategies, and library development.

- Supporting manufacturing operations for day today support for DeltaV system.

- Support on NC and CAPA and identification of root causes

- Continuous improvement of the system and support for Operations.

- Field commissioning of automation equipment’s.

- System administration and maintenance support.

- Computer system Validation and documentation support for automation systems.

- Interacting with Operations Team, Process Team, Equipment Vendors and

Technology providers.
