Responsibility
- Prepare tender submission
- Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation for interior fit out projects
- Arrange and file tender documents systematically
- Comprehensively understand documents in every tender and execute bid accordingly
- Tender and contract documents administration, preparing BQ, cost estimates and budgeting
- Obtain prices from subcontractors and partners
- Attend site show round with sales team if necessary
- Close out projects accounts including variations for final management sign off
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in A&A construction industry
- Sound knowledge of market price and trend
- Meticulous, Independent with good communication skills
- A good team player and be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
- Attend site show round with sales team if necessary
Qualification
ยท Professional qualification on interior design / architecture. Polytechinc diploma and above
