Responsibilities:
Be the checkers on the Payables and Receivables transactions. Ensure accounting entries and ensure the integrity of data in the system
Handle month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliation
Preparation financial statements and management reports
Assist in the yearly closing of accounts and audit completion
Perform project cost analysis
Support Accounting & HR function of the regional offices
Assist the Accounts Manager on the Finance, HR, Admin and Purchasing review
Assist the Management on some finance or business initiatives
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years in preparation of full set accounts with good understanding of Singapore statutory reporting
Good working knowledge in Accounting software. SAGE 300 ERP system knowledge will be an advantage.
Proactive, exercise flexibility, able to multi-task & work independently
Enjoy working with people and thrive in team environment
Fluent in written and spoken English.
