Assist in coordinating office communications, both internal and external.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations and other materials as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure proper filing systems are maintained.
Provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects as required.
Job Requirements
Nearest MRT: Serangoon MRT Interchange (CC13 and NE12)
Min. Diploma in Administration or equivalent, or demonstrable experience of related role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Knowledge of basic office equipment and filing systems.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Enjoys working in an office environment and actively collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
