Job Descriptions
Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
Preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements, along with accounting tasks and processes such as AP, AR, GL and account reconciliations.
Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines.
Coordinate and liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and local tax and government authorities as needed.
Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.
Collaborate with internal teams to support intercompany activities.
Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
Relevant work experience and professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CA) are considered.
Experience with accounting software (SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Audit or tax preparation experience may be beneficial.
