Areas of Responsibility
1) Provides technical servicces including installtion & maintenance services on systems, workstations, PC, Lans etc.
2) Handles customer and channel & sales' queries on service details and work progress.
3) Performs housekeeping administrative jobs to ensure compliance of internal policies and procedures.
4) Schedules maintenance jobs based on customer needs and contractual agreements.
5) Determines usage of parts & labour for repairs and recommend service changes.
6) Escalate problems as appropriate.
Requirements
1) At least a Diploma holder in Electronic Engineering
2) Preferably with 1 or 2 years of working experience
3) Able to work in a team
4) Bilingual in English & Mandarin due to requirements to communicate with our Taiwan HQ.
