Responsibilities:

• Research trends and suggest marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create content, including photos, videos, edits, and written copy for social media.
• Scheduling social media content calendar and posting.
• Shoot and edit videos to highlight our organic gardening product range, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand stories.
• Analyze marketing data to improve campaign results.
• Create interactive graphics on Canva according to brand guide and messaging.
• Update and manage brand website, social media accounts and e-commerce storefront / listing decorations.
• Build a community on different social media platforms by engaging with our customers, KOLs, and audience.

Ideal candidate should have:

• Good command of written and spoken English
• Srong sense of responsibility and initiative
• More than familiar with social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
• A creative mind full of ideas, and a willingness to learn
• Proficiency in design, short video production or other creative work is a plus
• Ability to commit for 3-6 months

We're looking for one event sales representative who will engage with customers and members of the plant community as an ambassador of our brand.

You will be responsible for booth set up and tear down, liaising with organizers, booth management and booth sales at plant or farmers' market type events. Most of these events are on weekends or holidays, and start early in the morning.

Our products are organic fertilizers, soil amendments and plants.

We're looking for a:

• Singaporean
• Under 35 years old

Our team will provide full product training and information, supply booth products and materials, and technical support.

This is an event-based role.

There is a basic pay of $15-20 per hour (minimum 5 hours per event) and a commission on sales.
