Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end eCommerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listings content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfillment, after-sales service etc
Develop and implement sales strategies and generate sales revenue on behalf of clients across e-retailers and marketplaces
Manage digital marketing tactics: including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, etc
Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts. Evaluate trends and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions
Liaise with eCommerce partners to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives
Conduct business reviews and develop deep insights and actionable recommendations from post-evaluation analyses and incorporate into customer strategies
Manages inventory (ensure stock balancing between online and offline), promotional mechanism (e.g. bundles creation, discounts activation, vouchers etc) accuracy across platforms
Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions to drive sales for all e-Commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon and other platforms.
Create and update website content, products, images, promotions and banners to ensure the website is kept up to date.
Responding to enquiries from online customers
Responsible for daily operations including processing and fulfilment of online sales orders (coordinate, packing, shipping, billing) and logistics-related matters.
Identify opportunities and participate in the development of new initiatives or enhancements to maximize growth.
Other administrative duties, ad-hoc tasks projects as assigned.

Diploma in Marketing/Digital Marketing/E-Commerce or equivalent
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in the handling of marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada,Qoo10)
Able to work independently and adhere to deadlines
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to details and accuracy
Proficiency in Google Analytics and marketplaces
Creative, organized, solutions-oriented, expert multi-tasker, self-motivated, and thrives in high pressure and fast-paced environment
Effective communicator, able to achieve internal alignment and handle communications with external partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop Express
