Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of the schools' facilities to ensure they are in good condition.
- Perform minor repairs, including sanitary, plumbing, electrical, and centre maintenance tasks as well as maintennace of the outside (basic gardening)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance schedules, tasks performed, and completed work.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and operational standards.
- Assist the Supervisor during major repair or renovation projects.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
- Experience in performing maintenance/handyman duties.
- Required to purchase maintenance parts as and when required
- Physical work required
