Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Promote the agency’s recruitment services and job opportunities.
Schedule meeting with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in telemarketing or recruitment is a plus.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally.
Basic computer skills for data entry and follow-up.
