Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Executive Assistant, you will be pivotal in ensuring our education center runs smoothly during your assigned day. Your responsibilities include:

• Operational Oversight: Handle the center's operations on either Saturday or Sunday (8:45 AM - 6:45 PM).
• Opening and Closing Duties: Ensure the center is ready for operations and secure after closing.
• Administrative Tasks:Attend to walk-in customers and prospective clients.
  Handle incoming phone calls and messages.
  Maintain databases and records.
  Prepare materials for teachers, including photocopying and filing.
  Ensure the center is tidy and stocked with essential office supplies.
  

Note: Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you for success in this role.

Job Description:

• Deliver O-level and A-level Math lessons utilizing a hybrid approach, engaging both online and onsite students simultaneously.
• Enhance and update existing question banks and worksheets to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Ensure timely marking of students' work and closely monitor their progress.
• Provide regular communication and feedback to parents regarding their child's performance.
• Conduct informative sessions introducing our program and lessons to prospective parents and students.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiar with the GCE O-level A-Math and A-level Math syllabus.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to inspire and engage students effectively.
• Passion for making a positive impact on student's lives by empowering them to master the subject matter with Advo’s proven coaching system.
• Comfortable with working one weekend weekly and starting the work day later on weekdays weekdays
  Weekdays: 1.30PM – 9.30PM with dinner break provided
  Weekend: 9.00AM – 6.45PM with lunch break provided
• Working hours will change during the school holiday period.
• Prior teaching experience preferred. Min. 1 year.
• Proficient in English for effective communication with students and parents.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new teaching methods.
• Responsible, meticulous and patient.
• Have a heart for education.
