Responsibilities

· Provide full secretarial & administration support to Legal Executive and Legal Associate;

· Responsible for billing, legal documentation, document tracking, filing and management

· Undertaking a variety of administrative tasks.

· Any other ad-hoc project, duties or tasks assigned

Requirements:

· A team player and a meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility and initiative;

· Excellent in written and spoken skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients and respective associates;

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

· Strong organisation skills

Requirements:

• We are seeking a suitable candidate with strong background in litigation matters.
• Candidates must possess a strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin in order to provide full secretarial & administration support to the Mandarin speaking Lawyers and the clients, and also, to handle documents written in Chinese language.
• Candidates should also possess e-Litigation knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Candidates must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
