Responsibilities:
• Establishing, developing, documenting, and implementing computational assisted/based design workflows
• Ensure QA/QC of models, and tracking of model issues in coordination/clash detection routines
• Developing tools, processes, and workflows that bridge complex and computationaldriven geometries
• Developing and maintaining computational design workflows to accelerate or automate design and documentation processes
• Supporting project teams’ bespoke computational design needs through a mix of hands-on project work and/or project consultations
• Documenting workflows and ongoing initiatives
• Work closely with Architects and team members in the creation and delivery of BIM Execution Plans;
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements;
• Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools;
• Create BIM Design Models and Documentation;
• Coordinate with contractor and subcontractors
Requirements & Attributes:
• Degree / Diploma in Architecture with minimum 3 years industry experience;
• At least 10 Years BIM (REVIT) related project implementation experience;
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture with Certification – Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam
• BCA BIM Management Certification
• A strong believer in sustainable design practices, and familiarity with Singapore 2030 green plan and UN 2030 Sustainable development agenda and 2050 Decarbonisation goals will be an advantage
