Job Description: Marketing & Communications Executive
We are looking for a highly driven and creative personnel to join us as Marketing & Communications Executive.
Key Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and plans to promote company’s branding and improve lead generation, customer retention and loyalty.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of effective corporate communication strategies.
- Manage internal communications and assist in communication of strategies or messages from management, change communications, and crisis communications.
- Develop corporate and marketing collateral and marketing campaigns, and contribute to the corporate website and social media content for public and potential clients.
- Perform incident and crisis communications in the management of issues, outbreaks and adverse publicity.
- Support overall efforts in community partnerships and CSR initiatives.
- Represent company in events and activities to enhance company’s presence in the industry.
- Manage the various communication and marketing channels and develop content across channels as well as identify emerging trends to formulate marketing strategies.
- Organise events to promote and enhance company’s branding.
- Manage customers' feedback on social media and provide support to internal teams in customer feedback management .
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Management to support the business.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills, including ability to prioritise, multi-task and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
