Responsibilities:

- Pick up customer products and repair in-vehicle
- Attend and follow up on customer queries, requests and complaints effectively to achieve customer satisfaction
- Ensure smooth operations
- Ensure parts are ordered and returned on a timely manner
- Compliance with workplace safety and security
- Liaise with Supervisor on customer feedback
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent with 1 year customer and support experience preferred
- Relevant Experience in repair of notebooks/desktop products and service-oriented environment preferred
- Class 3 motorcar driving license is a must
- Familiar with Apple Products and macOS/iOS
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly independent, efficient & pro-active
- Must have good working attitude and a good team player
- Able to establish and build good customer relationship
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage
