Responsibilities: Providing customer service to APAC region clients through Calls, Emails, Messaging Chats Technical support and access administration Assist clients on funding and transfers Provide solutions to trading platform and trading product queries Client Reporting , Update client data in system Working closely with team members to distribute cases and solve efficiently Requirements: Diploma holder, with min 2 years customer service experience within Financial Services industry. Possess good written and spoken communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to handle clients in the APAC region, including Hong Kong and Mainland China.
