Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers either through telephone, electronically or in person.
- Keep records of customer payment history and transactions.
- Handle loan applications, obtain relevant documents and ensure the validity and accuracy of the information provided.
- Interview borrowers and assess each case.
- For every successful application, explain details and terms & conditions governing the loan stated in Note of Contract to the borrowers.
- Ensure a copy of Note of Contract and duly-completed application form are given to borrowers after the approval of loans
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- 4 “O” Level passes (including a grade C6 and above for English) or higher
- Strong interpersonal, communication and maintain a good rapport
- Upkeep a professional demeanor
- Detail Oriented with great follow-up skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (5.5 day work week)
- Literacy and comfortable with Ms Office skills and Apps
- Must be self-motivated with team-player attitude able to work remotely using technology
- Those with an outgoing personality will be advantageous
- Progressive work environment suitable for ambitious individuals
