This role required to lead a small team of Instructional Designers and Content Developers to design and deliver engaging to our clients. The TD Manager leads the team to help the clients define their staff’s competency needs, design the corresponding learning and assessment methods to ensure the staff are competent and confident to perform their roles. The team will design and develop the most appropriate and engaging adult learning contents to inspire and qualify clients’ staff.

The training development process focuses on designing learner-centric pedagogies tailored to each client's training needs and frameworks, ensuring alignment with learning objectives. This involves developing or reviewing lesson plans and materials to support desired training outcomes, ensuring materials are digital and accessible via the client's Learning Management Systems for both online and classroom learning. Materials include reference publications, interactive slides, quizzes, videos, handouts, and instructor guides, with a comprehensive assessment plan.

Project management ensures timely delivery of these services, maintaining strong coordination and engagement with the client and relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements :-

Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or equivalent

Qualifications or certificate in Training Development or Instructional Design from IAL, NIE or accredited training institution.

At least 2 years of education/training industry related working experience, including ex-MOE education officer or equivalent or Senior Instructor appointments in SAF Schools.

Experience in the following areas:

- Developing Lesson Plans and Assessment Plans.

- Developing Training Material such as lecture slides, facilitator guides, courseware for eLearning.

- Competency in instructional design with expertise in development. Experience in content development, project management with experience in all phases of the instructional design process.

- Knowledge in IT systems. Experience with authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, iSpring and web page creation skills using HTML, XML and other web technologies.

The role

With a background as an Aviation Electronics or Mechanical Engineer as well as some Marketing & Sales experience, you will market the company’s extensive capabilities to aircraft manufacturers, owners and MROs throughout Asia. Working with the company’s experienced engineering team, you will propose “best-of-breed” complete avionics systems solutions to customers for their existing or new aircraft.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, or a similar field with experience in an avionics system design and engineering environment
• Proven experience in managing design projects and leading a team of engineers to meet commercial outcomes and agreed client specifications
• Comprehensive working knowledge of FAA or EASA or military design regulations and requirements.
