Job Description:

• Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, maintain, and enhance the QMS in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., EASA, FAA).
• Audits and Inspections: Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Prepare audit reports and facilitate corrective actions.
• Documentation Control: Oversee the control of quality documentation, including maintenance records, inspection reports, and compliance checklists.
• Non-Conformance Management: Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and facilitate root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Supplier Quality Assurance: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure materials and components meet quality specifications.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure all quality processes align with industry standards.

Job Requirement:

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the aerospace industry, preferably in aero engine maintenance.
• Knowledge of Part 145 (CAAS, EASA), SMS (Safety Management System), ISO 9000 standards family (International Organization for Standardization), or equivalent.
• Certifications:ISO9001/AS9100/9110 Internal/Lead auditor
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ CQE) are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in quality management tools and methodologies; familiarity with aviation regulations and standards.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Installation of RF Cables, Fiber Optic cables, PA System, PABX and Charger Systems
• Prepare schedule, coordinate and monitor site activities
• Establish daily and monthly schedule
• Safety control at site
• Perform handling and taking over site from user/sub-contractor

Job Description:

• Involvement in Production testing scope.
• Operates and maintains simple test equipment appropriately to measure and perform RF PCBA & module tuning and testing
• Perform duties with minimal supervision

• Set up and run HASS to qualify the modules under testing conditions.
• Conduct a Functional Acceptance Test to complete the module test process.

Work Location: Jurong East

Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Supporting project communication systems Installation, Configuration, Integration and Testing at customer site to ensure timely project delivery.
• Working closely with subcontractors to ensure tasks on site are completed on schedule.
• Understanding the system and be able to perform system fault isolation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborating with fellow engineers / engineering team in system setup, system validation and problem resolution.
• Supporting the generation of project documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering

• Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost and scope

• Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters.

• Perform system setup, testing of equipment, resolve technical issues.

• Would be good to have basic understanding in physical security system.

• Basic setup of network switches and able to perform network check.

1. Prepare spare parts and necessary tools in the morning before attending to their assigned jobs.
2. Attend the job based on the appointment date and time with customers
3. Repair washer/fridge at customer’s place.
4. Explain to customer the repair details and collect the money if needed.
5. Using Samsung system to close/update the daily assigned jobs.

Job Requirement:

1. Singapore Class 3 driving license
2. Prefer to have electrical/electronic repair experience
3. Able to carry/bring down heavy home appliance/s
4. Computer literate

Training will be provided.

Working hours: Monday – Friday 9-6PM/ Saturday 9-1PM
