Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play

• Seeking a dynamic and driven team player with strong work ethics including attention to detail.
• Oversee the sub divisions within the Finance Department (AR, AP & Cash processing) for timely billing
  and closing of financial transactions for month end closing
• Check that transactions process are in line with current internal control while looking into process
  improvement with managers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, i.e. GST, tax
• To embark on work improvement initiatives continuously together with other teams
• To assist with audit queries and matters where applicable
• Any other tasks assigned by management

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with ACCPAC and SAP would be an advantage
• Strong work ethics including attention to detail and resourcefulness with positive work attitude
• A proactive person with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines
• Effective team management skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff

Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play

• Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events.
• Monitor attendance records of all AETOS employees and provide detailed reports to management.
• Monitor security access control points and basic administration of clearance for persons and vehicles into the system.
• Monitor various alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare basic reports upon completion of operation.
• Monitor of video analytics CCTV and response in accordance with procedures.
• Perform inbound and outbound calls
• Managing and resolving client’s enquiries
• Any other duties/jobs assigned by supervisor.

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• Candidate must possess at least GCE N/ O level.
• Able to speak and write fluent English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work 12 hours shift including weekends or Public Holiday (depend on roster).
• Relevant training will be provided.

• Sort, count, verify and pack cash collected, which includes the use of cash sorting machines.
• Sort, count, verify and pack cash to be used for daily requirements.
• Support all logistical needs within the cash processing centre, which includes the retrieval of ATMs’ cassettes and deliveries into and out from the cash vault.
• Any other duties as assigned
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction at all times.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing, record maintaining and monitoring all incoming invoices, claims and work order or delivery orders
• Perform 3-way match of AP Invoices – verifying and reconciling
• Work collaboratively with suppliers and internal departments
• Performs reconciliation of our AP with our suppliers’ Statement of Accounts
• Perform data entry and cover administrative duties as assigned (for e.g. scanning, photocopying, filing, digitizing of hardcopy documents etc.)
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned and support the Team

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A or O level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Effective team player and able to communicate effectively
• Detailed oriented, committed, meticulous with positive work attitude in a fast-paced environment

• To design and develop effective creative collaterals for all internal and external communication/marketing campaigns. (Includes motion graphics, video filming, video editing and post-production.)
• To assist in liaising with other departments and external vendors to develop creative, result-driven visuals/footage to help achieve desired communication/marketing objectives.
• To collaborate with the Strategy team to deliver high quality creative output that can achieve desired objectives of communications/marketing campaigns – conceptualisation, pre-production to post production.
• Perform role of Photographer and/or Videographer for events, corporate visits, etc.
• To carry out proper archival of multimedia contents in the media library.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned.

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experience at advertising agency, in-house commercial production company, or as a video editor
• Familiar with using Adobe Creative Suite and other video editing tools
• Problem-solver capable of multi-tasking efficiently and handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong awareness in editing trends, software and techniques
• Able to work on a tight schedule and committed to bring ideas to life
• Proficiency in photography and videography will be an advantage

• A strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of security protocols and procedures.
• Develop and deliver security induction/training programs for security officers deployed to provide security operation based on site’s requirement.
• Able to develop security plan for security operations.
• Able to identify gaps in current and/or unprecedented security/safety operating issue based on site’s requirement.
• Knowledgeable in security best practices and attentive to details.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest security technologies, trends and the security landscape of the region.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  Forbearing in Leading and/or mentoring security staffs (comprise security executive/operation executive, security officers).
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to engage and interact with different stakeholders effectively.
• Able to be on stand-by or on-call 24/7 for any security exigencies and/or security operations in a fast-paced and highly demanding industry.

Responsibilities:

• Key responsibilities include managing security personnel, coordinating with law enforcement agencies and other agencies on adhoc assignment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Respond to security/safety incidents and emergencies.
• Oversee and manage all security operations and personnel.
• Develop and deliver security induction/training programs, SOPs, workflows upon identified gaps and/or whenever necessary.
• Prepare and present security reports whenever necessary.
• Attend meetings and record minutes
• Conduct investigations into security/safety breaches and incidents.
• Conduct regular security checks/audits at least once a week
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clientele that engage our security services.
• Responsible in duty roster planning and/or oversee the planning of duty roster by site supervisor
• Report to Division manager in all administrative and operational matters.
• Responsible to Division Manager on all administrative and operational matters assigned.

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You:

• At least GCE O Level, A level/Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in Security Industries preferred.
• Positive mindset with strong initiative in continuous improvement is highly valued.
• Good interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office (powerpoint, excel, word).
