The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and meet sales goals with the company's range of medical and non-medical products to various medical aesthetic and wellness establishments.
Their primary goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, render support and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge and Sales:
- Develop a deep understanding of the product range, benefits, and target clientele.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitive offerings.
- Identify potential clients within the target market, such as aesthetic clinics, medical spas, spas, and hair centers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and visits.
- Understand client needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
Operations and Customer Service:
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints.
- Offer after-sales support and training to clients on product usage and best practices.
Reporting:
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and customer feedback.
- Report directly to the Managing Director
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary Education (Diploma and equivalent)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Product knowledge and technical expertise
- Business acumen and financial understanding
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CRM, sales tools)
