The Logistics Executive job duties include but are not limited to:
- To follow-up and update customers on shipment details;
- To liaise with carriers/airlines and co-loaders for rates for both sea and air shipments;
- To liaise with overseas agencies on import and export shipments;
- To assist with the preparation of shipping documentations, timely billings and closing of job files;
- To communicate with local vendors to ensure smooth execution of import/export shipments;
- Able to work in a team and with minimum supervision;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
