Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and drive membership growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
- Manage a diverse team of professionals, including operations, marketing, and client service teams.
- Establish partnerships with corporate clients and negotiate contracts to enhance gym offerings.
- Oversee and optimize operational workflows using advanced technical tools, including Microsoft PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members, contributing to their professional growth and success.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Management Studies or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Over 16 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on business development, operations, and strategy in the fitness and corporate sectors.
- Proven track record in franchise operations, including establishing new locations and optimizing their performance.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and achieving measurable results.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI as well as a strong command of data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to manage and inspire teams, with extensive experience in staff training and evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Membership in professional organizations such as the Singapore Institute of Directors.
- Familiarity with Anytime Fitness franchise systems and operations.
- Recognized achievements within the fitness industry, such as awards for excellence or innovative contributions.
