Position: Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end architecture of the system, ensuring the detailed design and development align with the Enterprise Architecture.
- Translate business requirements, including those related to application resiliency, into detailed architectural specifications.
- Recommend products and solutions that adhere to the Enterprise Architecture and standards.
- Design the architecture blueprint for the organisation's business, information, and ICT assets, incorporating multiple architectural models.
- Govern, enhance, and utilise the architecture blueprint to ensure alignment between business and ICT needs.
- Review source code and solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyse the impact of requested changes, propose improvements to meet evolving business needs, and collaborate with the support team to resolve technical issues during the Operations & Maintenance phase.
- Facilitate and propose business process improvements through the adoption of digital technologies.
Candidate Requirements
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the role.
- Hands-on experience with at least 3 full project development lifecycles.
- Proficient in designing and implementing .Net and/or J2EE applications with strong data modelling and SQL skills.
- Strong knowledge of server-side .Net and/or Java development, Service-Oriented Architectures, web services, and public website/e-services development.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to apply them to solve technical problems effectively.
- Capable of analyzing and identifying comprehensive solutions while considering all functional aspects to develop a workable solution.
- Result and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
- All nationalities welcome, but must be in Singapore with 2 years of local experience.
