We are looking for a Accounts Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Finance Manager and work closely with internal and external parties. The individual would be responsible for either Account Receivables or Account Payables and administrative support within the company.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, credit notes and etc
- Perform daily accounting duties for Accounts Payable/Account Receivables
- Updating invoices into accounting software
- Assist with filing of documentation
- Preparation of Monthly reports
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties when required
Requirements
- NITEC or LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Book keeping experience and/or experience in AR / AP
- Proficient in MS Office and Xero
- Minimum one year of relevant working experience
