Admin Cum Account Executive
- Prepare Invoices
- Prepare AR & AP ageing reports and statement of accounts
- Manage expenses claims
- Day to day accounting
- Oversee and keep track of assigned administrative task and paperwork.
- Comply and assist with government permits, licenses application, renewals and surveys
- Records and filing important documents from government for future references.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to the management
- Responsible for office supplies, stationery
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Salary commensurate with experience
