Fulfilment Officer
Responsibilities and duties
Follow up calls to clients
Assist them to submit their applications through bank system
Follow up pending documents with clients and processing team
Submit end day report to the management
Objection handlings
Work closely with relevant departments to resolve clients issues and concerns
Working hours and Location
Mondays to Fridays
9am to 6pm
Office location at Mapletree Business City
Salary
$2500
Candidate requirements
Candidate must possess at least 'N' levels
Good etiquette over the phone
Willing to learn
No experience needed (training will be provided)
