A Grader Learning Centre (Pasir Ris) is located at Whitesands which is less than 1 minute from Pasir Ris MRT, is looking for a friendly and cheerful customer servicer officer to handle our front-desk and customer service duties.
We want the best for our students, and believe in meeting their educational and emotional needs. To ensure that we’re in an emotional space to do so, we strive to maintain a stress-free and enjoyable work culture.
Roles & Responsibilities
The position requires you to:
- Engage walk in customers, as well students and parents making enquiries
- Fulfil administrative tasks such as invoicing and enrolment registrations
- Basic housekeeping to keep centre tidy
- Print worksheets and prepare class materials for teachers
This job might be for you if you (are):
- Friendly and comfortable engaging customers
- Conscientious and Proactive
- Care about students
- Have a decent command of English
- Have similar working experience in education industry
Working Hours: (Not more than 40 hours weekly)
Weekdays: Wednesday to Friday (230pm to 930pm)
Inclusive of 1 hour meal break
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday (9am to 8pm)
Inclusive of 1 hour meal break
OFF on Monday, Tuesday and Public Holidays
