Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle all bookkeeping tasks, payroll processing, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with government regulations related to financial matters.
• Oversee office administrative operations, including control and monitoring.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and service providers for accounts receivable and accounts payable matters as required.
• Manage inventory control, verification, and process purchase orders, sales orders, delivery orders, as well as product data creation and price list management via the ERP system.
• Assist with the preparation and documentation control for ISO9001:2015 and financial accounts audits.
• Oversee document control processes, including registry management, filing, and version control.
• Handle work pass matters in coordination with regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative duties and bookkeeping.
• Minimum GCE 'O' / 'A' level certification or equivalent from Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently, confidently, and take on ad-hoc tasks.
• Skilled in handling confidential information.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of Singapore Government taxation, customs duties, CPF regulations, and shipping operations.
• Service-oriented, responsible, hardworking, and a good team player.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to plan tasks and work independently.
• Open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) only.
• Flexible working arrangement or 5-1/2-day work week.
