Responsibilities:
- Handle all bookkeeping tasks, payroll processing, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with government regulations related to financial matters.
- Oversee office administrative operations, including control and monitoring.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and service providers for accounts receivable and accounts payable matters as required.
- Manage inventory control, verification, and process purchase orders, sales orders, delivery orders, as well as product data creation and price list management via the ERP system.
- Assist with the preparation and documentation control for ISO9001:2015 and financial accounts audits.
- Oversee document control processes, including registry management, filing, and version control.
- Handle work pass matters in coordination with regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative duties and bookkeeping.
- Minimum GCE 'O' / 'A' level certification or equivalent from Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently, confidently, and take on ad-hoc tasks.
- Skilled in handling confidential information.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Government taxation, customs duties, CPF regulations, and shipping operations.
- Service-oriented, responsible, hardworking, and a good team player.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to plan tasks and work independently.
- Open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) only.
- Flexible working arrangement or 5-1/2-day work week.
