AIC aims to create a vibrant care community for our seniors to live well and age gracefully. Our Community Care Partners play an integral role in helping us attain this national objective. We are looking for a Senior Executive to join our Sector Communication & Engagement Department. The role will assist the Team Lead to help shape and drive effective and timely engagements with our Community Care Partners through our various engagement channels.
Working as part of a team, the role will also see them organising major annual events for the sector, such as the Community Care Work Plan Seminar, Community Care Day and Community Care Conference, over and above other regularised events in AIC’s calendar.
- Assist the Team Lead to execute events involving Community Care sector partners, ranging from conferences, workshops, grounds-up activities to encourage sector-wide discussions, virtual conferences, to awards and recognition events.
- Work with internal stakeholders to assess and identify interests and needs of sector partners.
- Support the Team with basic graphic designing and video editing
- Plan and execute promotional activities for organised events
- Coordinate and monitor event timelines to ensure adherence
- Manage the Awards and Recognition events from nomination, shortlisting, panel ranking, selection of recipients and judging panel and maintain repository of past winners and judges
- Maintain AIC events calendar and its application across various channels/platforms
Job Requirements:
- Minimum recognised degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- High level of responsiveness, sense of urgency, ability to operate on a highly pressurised and dynamic environment
- Ability to support with basic graphic designing and video editing
- Experience with webinar tools, ability to troubleshoot on virtual events, broadcast/streaming technologies and live events is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong drive for results, ability to plan, track and follow through to deliver on aggressive deadlines
