As Assistant Manager, Partnerships Development, you will play a strategic role in building an integrated and resilient care ecosystem that enables and empowers seniors to age in place. You will engage key stakeholders and drive projects that will help promote connections and partnerships across different stakeholders in the social and health sector that will work together to support our seniors.

• Lead and drive enablers that will help build an integrated care ecosystem. These include, design and implementation of partnership frameworks, standardised processes and templates, and the development and design of effective monitoring performance indicators and dashboards.
• Engage and work with internal and external stakeholders including MOH, the Regional Health Systems, Primary Care and Community Care Providers to identify gaps and barriers to the building of an integrated care system.
• Develop and implement rapid prototyping of solutions and evaluate its effectiveness in mitigating systems barriers to building of an integrated care ecosystem.
• Develop and work with stakeholders on programme review and evaluation.
• Synthesize the learnings and experience for improvement in programme design and implementation.
• Identify best-practices and implement platforms for cross sharing and learnings between providers.
• Build close relationships with key stakeholders to encourage partnerships and collaborations that will help seniors age well in place.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised degree in any discipline
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience in community care and multi-agency work/healthcare industry will be an added advantage
• Experience in developing and maintaining networks and partnerships with stakeholders will be an added advantage

This role focuses on managing the needs analysis, innovation and implementation of new delivery models and pilots to better meet the emerging care needs and capability development plans in Dementia Care.

Manage the research and innovation of new delivery models and pilots to better meet emerging needs and new trends.

• Conduct research and horizon scanning to identify emerging trends, service gaps, and project needs.
• Drive the engagement and partnership with stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration that is in line with the Community Mental Health Division’s work-plan.
• Manage and engage the clinical experts and clinical team to provide clinical inputs to Ministries/agencies and other Divisions for the purpose of policy review and service planning.

Manage the development of training courseware, additional support and resources on dementia care topics.

• Lead the team in conducting a landscape review of unmet capability needs and identifying specialised training opportunities.
• Design and develop new training courseware (in different modalities) to equip CMH partners with specialised knowledge and skills.
• Engage the subject matters experts and the training workgroup to collaborate on training courseware development.
• Develop the Train-the-Trainer model to step up training delivery.

Develop and implement appropriate caregiver support services and enablers in the community care sector, to better support caregivers of persons living with Dementia.

• Lead team in review of caregiver programmes and assessment tools, and evaluate the feasibility of incorporating successful caregiver support elements into other existing Dementia care services.
• Lead team in the research, design and pilot of appropriate support models for caregivers of persons living with Dementia (e.g. night respite), to enhance accessibility and relevance of services for caregivers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related discipline, with preference for Dementia care and training qualification.
• At least 8 years’ experience in healthcare or community care sectors with 2 years in managerial capacity.
• Prior experience in Dementia care or geriatric areas is essential.
• Experience in capability development, programme implementation and/or programme management.
• Able to work well with groups from diverse backgrounds.
• Able to multi-task and possess strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
• A self-starter with strong learning ability, who is resilient, adaptable and able to manage change and ambiguity.

Lead the Mental Health competency framework implementation:

• Engage and work across divisions to develop the implementation plan for competency-based assessments for mental health training courses and lead training providers.
• Lead the team in engaging training providers in the pilot and evaluation of the competency-based assessments for mental health courses.
• Engage with project directors from hospital-based mental health teams on the adoption of the competency-based assessment for the various tiers of mental health training.
• Lead and represent AIC in providing inputs at the national interagency training and competency work committee on competency development.

Manage the development of standardised training roadmap and curriculum:

• Engage and develop across divisions on a standardised mental health training roadmap according to the national stepped care model.
• Lead the team and internal programme owners to adopt a standardised training needs analysis to facilitate identify training needs and gaps of CMH service providers of CREST and COMIT programmes.

Manage the development of training courseware and curriculum on mental health topics.

• Lead the team in conducting landscape review of unmet capability needs and identify specialised training opportunities.
• Design and develop new training courseware (in different modalities) to equip CMH partners with specialised knowledge and skills such as hoarding, suicide, engaging youth mental health.
• Engage the subject matters experts and set-up a training workgroup to collaborate on training courseware development.
• Develop the Train-the-Trainer model to step up training delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree preferably in healthcare-related discipline, with a preference for mental health and training qualification.
• At least 8 years’ experience in healthcare or community care sectors with 2 years in managerial experience.
• Prior work experience in mental health is essential.
• Experience in capability development, programme implementation and/or programme management.
• Able to work well with groups from diverse backgrounds.
