Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Manager in Singapore. The Event Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating event logistics, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of events. Additionally, the Event Manager will be responsible for budget management and post-event evaluation.
Qualifications
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Identifying new business opportunities, suggest company services that maximize client satisfaction
- Experience in event coordination and logistics
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting
- Proficiency in event planning software and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in the marketing or events industry is a plus
- Be involved in projects pre-production, production and post-production process
