Duties:

• To support in developing project deliverables as per project & client requirement.

• Develop Supplier call out plan in consultation with commissioning leads and work closely with Supplier callout Coordinator to manage the supplier callout process during execution phase.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Works independently to perform the assigned task and develops solutions to technical/engineering and related problems by analyzing the issue or data, interpreting the analysis, and evaluating various options/measures using experience, precedents, and professional references with minimal or no supervision or guidance.
• Understand technical requirements of project specifications and standards, local statutory and regulatory requirements, Classification society requirements, and applicable codes and standard industry practices to carry out the piping activities and prepare piping deliverables for assigned projects.
• Prepares the piping design specification, and criteria for pipe supporting and pipe support specification by using and modifying the corporate specifications suitably to match the project-specific requirements.
• Prepares piping stress analysis specification by using the corporate specifications and modifying them suitably to meet the project-specific requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Master of Engineering. Alternatively Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant years of experience.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in piping engineering in the oil and gas sector, preferably in FPSO or Offshore processing facilities for graduates or a minimum of 12 years of relevant working experience for diploma holders. For a Masters’s degree holder, at least 10 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities:

• To independently prepare and deliver the Outfitting engineering deliverables required for the assigned project effectively and efficiently according to specified technical requirements and timelines. With some guidance from the Lead Engineer, to provide measures to manage and resolve technical issues related to the deliverables. With sufficient years of experience, the incumbent may be assigned to be the Lead Outfitting Engineer of projects.
• Plans, manages and prepares Outfitting scope of work which includes Marine & Topsides Steel Outfitting arrangements, Accommodation arrangements, HVAC specifications, Corrosion protection, Fire Control Plan and Material handling arrangements.
• Plans and develops complex Outfitting arrangements (such as Vessel General Arrangement, Accommodation layout, Fire Control Plan, Life Saving Equipment arrangement, Helideck layout, etc.)
• Works with Lead Engineer in closure of Outfitting related comments from Classification Society and Client of the assigned project. Directly corresponds and deals with Classification Society Surveyor and Client if necessary

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Engineering Reviews and Engineering Validation Activities including but not limited to HAZID, HAZOP, Studies, Operability, Front Loading Commissioning in design, SCE’s and Performance standards in Commissioning Procedures.

• Experience in Complex Gas Compression, Injection, Export Systems and Thermodynamicrequirements for Heat Recovery and Steam systems, especially Combined Cycle.
• Experience in steam system Commissioning and S/U, including initial cleanup (steam blows).

Responsibilities:

1. Understands deeply the specific specifications and requirements of the assigned project and Industry Standards, Classification Society and Regulatory requirements.
2. Assists project structural lead to develop structural specifications, typical drawings and guidelines of the assigned project and validates them with the Lead Engineer before issuing them for use (i.e., as the detailed engineering guidance, and including them in the RFQs etc.).
3. Independently designs, builds up the analysis model, performs analysis and prepares report for topside module structure or location marine structures (i.e. flare tower foundations etc.)
4. Independently communicates with engineering subcontractor or consultant, reviews their analysis model and report and performs optimization.
5. Provides technical /engineering support and advice to Construction work, responds to Technical Queries, reviews technical documents, and follows up to rectify the gaps or problems. Where necessary, provides off-site support.
6. Carries out structural analysis of complex structures, prepares structural documents (drawings, material take-off, weight control report and analysis report) where necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Support other disciplines in the preparation for Piping, Valves, Equipment, and Systems Requisition Specifications.
• Perform corrosion analysis and material selection studies for offshore Oil and Gas facilities (FPSOs / FSOs) involving systems such as oil separation and stabilization, gas compression, gas sweeting and dehydration, produced water treatment, seawater treatment, utilities, and marine systems.
• Independently prepare the Corrosion Assessment and Material Selection Report for the assigned project.
• Develop design philosophies, engineering specifications, data sheets, calculations, specific to the assigned project following Company Guidelines and Standards and validates them with the Lead Engineer.
• Review vendor proposals for Piping, Valves, Equipment, and Systems and support on the preparation of the Requisitions Technical Bid Evaluations process to ensure that selected vendors meet material requirements as stipulated in the project specifications and provides assessment to the Package Engineer.
• Evaluate supplier “after award” documentation (drawings, ITPs, welding / manufacturing / fabrication procedures, NDE procedures, etc) and requests for deviations.
• Participate on KOM and inspection visits to manufacturers and fabrication yards (as applicable).
• Evaluate yard painting procedures and quality assurance programs liaising with Company painting and quality teams.
  Evaluate yard welding procedures and quality assurance programs liaising with Company welding and quality teams.
• Review and participate on the cathodic protection design of Hull and Tanks of facility.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years (with Bachelor) / 6 years (with Master) relevant working experience as Materials /Corrosion Engineer in Oil and Gas Sector.
• Relevant experience in Offshore Oil and Gas Processing Facilities related to corrosion, corrosion mitigation strategies, corrosion monitoring, material selection, surface preparation and coatings, cathodic protection, metallurgy (welding, manufacturing), etc. and comprehensive knowledge of Industry Codes and Standards (NACE MR 0175 / ISO 15156, ISO 21457, ASME B31.3, NORSOK M001, NORSOK M501, etc.).
• Preferably, Senior Engineer should be familiar with processing facilities and understand main process concepts involving Oil Separation and Stabilization, Produced Water Treatment, Gas Sweetening and Dehydration, Gas Compression, Seawater Treatment, etc.
