Position Overview:
The Senior Course Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for managing the operations of all Government Funded courses. This includes ensuring full compliance with Government regulations, policies, and audit requirements. The role requires a highly organized and analytical individual capable of managing high-pressure situations and coordinating with diverse stakeholders to deliver exceptional quality in course operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Excellence:
o Oversee services related to course submissions, course registration, trainer management, and subsidy claims to ensure seamless operations.
o Develop, implement, and maintain the Operational Manual and Policy Manual, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
o Establish and refine operational procedures to align with stakeholder and audit standards.
• Compliance and Quality:
o Lead preparations for Government Quality Audits, ensuring compliance with standards, coordinating audit activities, and implementing corrective actions.
o Monitor adherence to all Government regulations and policies across all funded courses.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with Government funding bodies, regulatory agencies, and other key stakeholders.
o Act as the primary liaison for all audit-related matters and regulatory updates.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
• Experience:
o At least 5 years of experience managing Government funded courses or working within a training provider environment.
o Minimum 3 years of experience with training quality audits such as EduTrust or TPQA.
• Knowledge and Skills:
o Comprehensive understanding of Government funded course claiming systems.
o Proficiency in Training Management Systems (TMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
o Strong knowledge of compliance and audit standards for funded courses.
• Certifications:
o ACTA/ACLP certification is required.
o DACE/DDDLP certification is preferred.
