Role
We are looking for an Education Consultant to join our team. You will be the first point of call for managing parent enquiries. The ideal candidate will have had prior experience in education sales or business development, have a strong grasp of parent and student needs across a number of tuition and enrichment areas and be highly proactive in managing their pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Managing new parent enquiries promptly and effectively through a variety of communication channels (email, telephone, chat, in-person)
- Convert enquiries into customers of Agora Colearning by understanding parent and student needs, identifying suitable trials, scheduling face-to-face meetings, and promptly following up
- Work closely with our Student Care and Early Years teams to understand the parents' and students' needs and advise on suitable programme follow-ups
- Systematically manage our customer base to help identify learning needs and identify solutions from our range of offerings
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and prior experience in prior sales roles preferably within the education sector
- Interest in working in an environment that is dedicated to promoting children’s development and happiness
- Demonstrated ability to track performance, work with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
