Job Summary: The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the e-commerce operations, from product listings to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, shopee, lazada).
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns via e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Manage stock levels and ensure that inventory is updated regularly on e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare weekly reports on refund/return cases.
- Create Delivery Orders for warehouse team to prepare orders
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure accurate order fulfillment, and accuracy in return stocks.
- Optimize product listings and web content for search engine visibility and user engagement.
- Manage and monitor online advertising performance.
- Work with e-commerce platform managers, and web designers to maintain and update the e-commerce website.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functioning properly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
