Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
2. Managing computer operating systems
3. Data backup and recovery
4. Monitor, operate and manipulate computer operating system
5. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
Requirements
· Possess Diploma in Computer Science, or relevant certification
· Three years of related working experience
· Able to support network servers, desktop, laptop and software
· Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Office 365 Administration, etc.
