E-Commerce Strategy Development:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of key e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and other regional online marketplaces).
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the live host and facilitate the entire live stream process that drives conversions and brand awareness.
- Continuously track and analyze platform performance metrics (such as sales, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and apply insights to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance user experience.
Product Listings & Merchandising:
- Ensure high-quality, SEO-optimized product listings, including compelling product descriptions, high-resolution images, and accurate product specifications.
- Implement and manage promotional campaigns, product bundling, and category merchandising.
- Conduct data-driven analysis and A/B testing to refine strategies and enhance e-commerce performance.
Digital Marketing Integration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media, paid search, influencer collaborations).
- Leverage SEO/SEM, content marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Customer Service and Inventory Management
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, focusing on user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and after-sales support.
- Work with the customer service team to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient stock management, timely fulfillment, and smooth order processing.
